General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to the rental of holiday flats by BulgaBiz Ltd. via the website urlaub-bulgarien.com.

2. booking & contract
A binding rental agreement is concluded upon completion of the booking. Bookings can be made online, by e-mail or by telephone.

3. payment
Payment is made by bank transfer, credit card or on site, depending on the agreement. A deposit may be required.

4. cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation conditions communicated at the time of booking apply.

5. use of the accommodation
The accommodation may only be used by the number of people booked. Pets only by prior arrangement.

6. liability
BulgaBiz Ltd. is only liable in cases of gross negligence or intent. No liability is accepted for guests' personal belongings.

7. arrival & departure
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated individually. The accommodation must be left swept clean.

8. data protection
Personal data will only be used to process the booking and will not be passed on to third parties.

9. place of jurisdiction
Bulgarian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Varna, Bulgaria.
